S7H
The Ikan Saga (TM) series on-camera LCD monitors are high-resolution and extremely portable. The Ikan S7H is a bright 7-inch monitor that has both HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs and outputs. This versatile and affordable monitor is distinguished by its sleek and lightweight design from other bright monitors. The display offers a sharp image at 1920 x 1200 and the IPS technology ensures accurate color reproduction from a variety of angles.
High brightness
The S7H is equipped with a high-resolution, color-accurate LCD panel. With a luminance of 1200 nits (cd / m²), the monitor is particularly bright and is ideal as a monitor for outdoor use.
4K processing
The S7H processes both UltraHD (3840 x 2160) and DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) via the HDMI ports. With 1: 1 pixel mapping and peaking, the sharp edges can be highlighted in red for selected frames.
1920 x 1200 IPS panel
The monitor's resolution of 1920 x 1200 provides a sharp image and the IPS technology allows for high viewing angles and accurate colors.
Inputs & outputs
The versatile S7H is compatible with all cameras and has both HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs and outputs. In addition, the monitor has a 3.5mm headphone output, so you can easily monitor your sound.
energy supply
The S7H contains two Canon E6 BP5 series battery adapter plates and can be used with two batteries at the same time, which can extend the life of the device. The optional BP5 battery adapter plates, which are available for most types of rechargeable batteries, can further enhance the flexibility and versatility of the monitor.
peaking
Ikan monitors are equipped with a monochrome peaking function. This highlights the sharp edges in the picture in red. This makes it much easier to find the right focus point.
Pixel to Pixel
1: 1 pixel mapping allows you to highlight a selected image detail. An essential feature, especially when it comes to capturing detail shots.
DSLR scaling
The DSLR Scaling feature extends the HDMI video output indicators of DSLR cameras. The functions are Normal, 3: 2, 16: 9 and Full Screen.
Under scan
The underscan mode limits the image size so that the monitor shows everything the camera sees.
